Please fill out a Booking Form so we have your details. We will confirm availability including payment details via email or telephone. Please pay all monies if possible by Bank Transfer. If you do not do online banking please ring to discuss alternative payment methods. If you wish to pay your balance in cash please let us know in advance of your arrival.

Bookings for 3 nights or less payable in full at time of booking
Bookings for 4 nights or more £30 per week/part week deposit is payable at time of booking

ELECTRIC Vehicles

We are still looking at the provision of electric car charging points. Until we have made a decision on this, vehicle charging is not allowed on site.

OUR PRICES FOR 2025

We thought it might be helpful to share with you the things we have had to take into account to come to our decision. The costs include electricity (say no more) water, waste disposal, sewage disposal, electricity post inspections, maintenance/fuel for the grass mower and hedge cutter, office, insurance, bank and web site costs. This is before we count our time which is not included. As you can appreciate there is quite a bit involved in running just a small 5 van site to a high standard.

We do so much enjoy welcoming members and we are very fortunate to be located in the countryside but within easy reach of all the “must see and do” activities in the area”. Which in turn minimises the driving about time and fuel costs for you when you are out and about. Something to think about when choosing your site location.

Our site is on the edge of the village of Darsham which has an excellent pub, village bakery, farm shop, garage and general store very close by. We are all having to come to terms with the “new normal” and unfortunately things have become more expensive. However, you can be confident that a stay at Priory Farm will give you the opportunity to sample Suffolk hospitality at its very best.

Information: Septic Tank
Your Chemical waste goes into a Septic Tank. It is better for the operation of the system and much kinder to the natural environment if you use ELSAN ORGANIC Toilet Chemical. This is available to purchase from ourselves, Club Site shops and dealers.
